Employers select the package they will offer to their employees. Employees can use the full amount of their monthly package on chosen devices. If they exceed this, employees cover the difference themselves.

Yes, the packages shown are primarily for guidance. Custom packages can be arranged individually to suit specific needs.
Which devices and terms can be selected?Plus Icon
The entire current selection on grover.com is available through the Tech Benefits program. However, employers can customize the selection of products, categories, or terms to align with their company’s preferences.
What happens in the event of damage?Plus Icon
All Tech Benefits rental contracts are established between Grover and the employer, including 90% Grover Care claims protection. In case of damage, employers can contact Grover directly. More information about Grover Care is available here.
What happens after the contract is concluded between the employer and Grover?Plus Icon
Once the Tech Benefits rental contract is finalized, employers receive everything they need along with a registration link for employees to select their devices. After final approval by the employer, Grover prepares the order and initiates shipping to the designated address(es). All Tech Benefits rental contracts begin upon receipt of the devices.
What happens if an employee leaves the company?Plus Icon
If an employee with an active Tech Benefits rental contract leaves the company, the contract can be terminated at any time. The device simply needs to be returned to Grover.
What additional benefits do employers have?Plus Icon
Employers may receive an additional discount.
Are there tax benefits for employers?Plus Icon
In most cases, Tech Benefits by Grover can be included tax-free and without social security contributions under the €50/month tax-free benefit per employee, provided this allowance hasn’t already been used. However, we recommend consulting a tax advisor for specific advice on this topic.
